At Invro Radio we have developed technology that dramatically reduces the cost of owning a portable radio to a level that is universally affordable throughout the world.

By minimising the power consumption of a radio to an exceptionally low level we have reduced battery usage to a fraction of that of a standard radio. This presents a practical, reliable and convenient means of providing access to radio broadcasting at minimum expense to the listener.

The Invro FM Radio with an oil lamp and solar cell...Low power consumption also greatly increases the effectiveness of alternative power sources. We can power our radio by the light of an oil lamp using a small solar cell. Watch Video
